You means the individual using the Service.

All calorie estimates, food identifications, macro calculations, nutritional recommendations, and AI-generated insights are estimates only.

You acknowledge that:

• Calorie estimates may be inaccurate.
• Nutritional values may vary.
• AI-generated information should not be considered medical advice.
• You should consult qualified healthcare professionals before making health-related decisions.

Cally is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content You upload to Cally.

By uploading content, You grant Cally a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, analyze, store, display, and use the content solely for operating, maintaining, and improving the Service.

You agree not to upload:

• Illegal content
• Harmful content
• Offensive content
• Copyright-infringing content
• Content violating the rights of others

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer the Service
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Upload content that violates applicable laws
• Use the Service to develop competing products through automated extraction or abuse

7. Subscriptions and Billing

Cally may offer premium subscriptions.

Purchases and subscriptions are processed through:

• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store

Payment processing, subscription renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Apple and Google policies.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

8. Third-Party Services

Cally may rely on third-party services including:

• OpenAI
• Supabase
• RevenueCat
• Apple
• Google

We are not responsible for the policies, content, or practices of third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Cally, excluding User Content, are owned by Cally or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, sell, redistribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without written permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if You violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

Upon termination, all rights granted to You under these Terms immediately cease.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
