How to delete your account

You can request deletion of your Cally account and associated data at any time.

The fastest way is inside the Cally app: open Profile, go to Settings, tap Delete account, and confirm your request.

If you cannot access the app, email us at callyaipp@gmail.com from the email address connected to your Cally account. Use the subject line Delete my Cally account.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, Cally deletes or anonymizes data associated with your account, including:

• Your account profile and authentication association
• Your onboarding answers and nutrition goals
• Your saved nutrition plan
• Your meal history, food scans, uploaded food photos, and nutrition results
• Your push notification token and app preference data

What may be kept

Some information may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, or payment records.

Subscription and payment records are handled by Google Play or Apple App Store according to their own policies. Deleting your Cally account does not automatically erase records that those stores are required to keep.

Backup copies and server logs may take up to 90 days to be fully removed from our backup systems, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Processing time

We aim to process valid account deletion requests within 30 days. We may contact you if we need to verify account ownership before deleting the account.
